政治现代化视野中各民族交往交流交融析论

On the Interactions,Exchanges and Integration among All Ethnic Groups from the Perspective of Political Modernization

国家政治建设与中国特色解决民族问题的道路为各民族交往交流交融提供了现代政治内涵。从政治哲学角度说,各民族交往交流交融是一种三维政治存在,第一维是规范性交往交流交融,第二维是制度性交往交流交融,第三维是其他政治实践中的交往交流交融。三者具有形而上、形而中和形而下的内在逻辑关系,形成政治价值理念—政治制度—政治实践的逻辑闭环。规范性交往交流交融,表现为各民族要内化民族平等、团结、互助、和谐之价值,远景表现为各民族要为未来的民族融合、人类大解放努力奋斗。制度性交往交流交融,以前述规范为前提,表现为各民族在基本政治制度框架内交往交流交融,这是各族人民当家作主、共建伟大祖国的正式制度过程。其他政治实践中的交往交流交融,表现为各族人民共同实现中华民族大解放,共同参与民族区域自治实践以及共建中华民族大家庭。

National political construction and the way of solving ethnic problems with Chinese characteristics provide modern political connotation for the communication and integration of all ethnic groups.From the perspective of political philosophy,the communication and integration of various ethnic groups is a kind of three-dimensional political existence.The first is normative communication and integration,the second is institutional communication and integration,and the third is communication and integration in other political practices.The three have a metaphysical,formal and neutral internal logical relationship,forming a logical closed loop of political value idea-political system-political practice.As normative communication and integration,it is reflected that all ethnic groups should internalize the values of ethnic equality,unity,mutual assistance and harmony,and the vision is reflected that all ethnic groups should strive for the future ethnic integration and the great liberation of mankind.As institutional interactions,exchanges and integration,on the premise of the above-mentioned norms,are manifested as interactions,exchanges and integration of all ethnic groups within the framework of the basic political system,which is the formal institutional process in which the people of all ethnic groups become masters of the country and build a great motherland.As exchanges and integration in other political practices,the people of all ethnic groups work together to realize the great liberation of the Chinese nation,participate in the practice of regional ethnic autonomy and build the big family of the Chinese nation.
