数据驱动的工业元宇宙系统研究

Research on the system of data-driven industrial metaverse

物联网、大数据及新一代信息技术的发展,对传统制造业带来前所未有的冲击,基于数据关键生产要素的工业元宇宙建设得到越来越多的关注,为传统制造业带来了机遇,也带来了挑战。分析讨论了工业元宇宙的背景、现状、关键支撑技术,并以某企业智造元宇宙平台的AR/VR虚拟仿真实训系统为例,初步探索了工业元宇宙在制造场景的应用模式,对基于数据的工业元宇宙未来发展给出了建议。

The rapid improvement of IoT,big data,and new generation information technology has brought unprecedented impacts to traditional manufacturing.Industrial metaverse based on data,a key production factor,has attracted more and more attention.The construction of industrial metaverse has brought both opportunities and challenges to traditional manufacturing.This paper analyzes and discusses the background,current development and key technologies of industrial metaverse,takes an enterprise’s intelligent manufacturing metaverse platform and its AR/VR virtual simulation training system as an example to preliminarily explore its application in manufacturing,and gives suggestions for its future development.
