武钢有限热能电站锅炉烟气净化工艺选择与应用

摘要 根据目前钢铁行业超低排放改造要求,燃气锅炉烟气污染物排放浓度的控制标准是颗粒物、SO_(2)、NO_(x)排放质量浓度小时均值分别不高于5、35、50 mg/m^(3)。通过对武钢有限热能电站2台220 t/h高温高压燃气锅炉的烟气净化工艺的选择和论证,最终采用低氮燃烧+SCR脱硝+钙基固定床干法脱硫除尘工艺,实现热能电站锅炉的超低排放改造,为其他燃气锅炉的烟气净化治理提供参考和借鉴。 According to the current requirements for ultra-low emission transformation in the steel industry,the control standard for the concentration of flue gas pollutants in gas boilers is that the hourly average concentration of particulate matter,SO_(2) and NO_(x) emissions should not exceed 5,35,50 mg/m^(3),respectively.Through the selection and demonstration of the flue gas purification process for two 220 t/h high-temperature and high-pressure gas boilers of Wuhan Iron and Steel Company Limited Thermal Energy Power Station,the low nitrogen combustion+SCR denitrification+calcium based fixed bed dry desulfurization and dust removal process was ultimately adopted to achieve ultra-low emission transformation of thermal energy power station,which provides reference and inspiration for the flue gas purification treatment of other gas boilers.
