The Application of the "Three Helixes" Theory in the ConnotativeDevelopment of "Double Innovation" Education in Law Majors

基于“三螺旋”理论及法学专业“双创”教育内涵式发展中政企校关系的三螺旋模型,分析政府、企业、学校的职能定位及存在的主要问题,提出优化三螺旋合作关系策略:即政府促进合作的凝聚力,企业激发合作的生命力,学校增强合作的吸引力。

Based on the"triple helix"theory and the triple helix model of government-enterprise-school relationship in the connotative developmen of"double innovation"education for law majors,this paper analyzes the functional positioning and main problems of government,enterprises and schools,and puts forward the strategy of optimizing the triple helix cooperative relationship,that is,the government promotes the cohesion of cooperation,enterprises stimulate the vitality of cooperation,and schools enhance the attractiveness of cooperation.
