护理干预在预防鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术并发症的效果分析

Analysis of the Effects of Nursing Interventions in Preventing Complications of Nasal Endoscopic Lacrimal Cyst-nasal Anastomosis

目的研究的主要目的是探究护理干预在预防鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术并发症的效果分析。方法选取2021年11月-2022年03月入院治疗的慢性泪囊炎并进行了鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术的患者,通过随机抽样的方式选择160例患者作为研究对象,然后通过随机数字分组方法分为两组,选择其中一组80例患者作为对照组,采用临床常规护理方法实施护理;而另外一组80例患者则为干预组,在对照组中采用常规护理方法的基础上给予护理干预。比较两组患者采用不同的护理方法后的恢复效果评价,并对患者手术后并发症发生情况加以对比。结果在接受一段时间的术后护理以及治疗后,两组慢性泪囊炎患者均表现出一定的疗效,干预组患者在接受护理干预后,患者治疗的有效率明显升高,达到了87.5%,术后恢复情况较好,且高于对照组的有效率62.5%。对进行鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术的患者进行护理干预后,干预组发生2例眼睑青紫,1例鼻腔出血,1例干眼症,总发生率9.50%;对照组发生3例眼睑青紫,3例鼻腔出血,4例干眼症,对照组总发生率23.85%;干预组比对照组不良反应发生率显著降低(χ^(2)=4.842,P<0.05)。结论对鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术后患者进行护理干预在临床上有重大意义,可以有效提升患者手术后的治疗效果,帮助患者恢复泪道通畅,减轻患者的精神负担,增加患者的治疗依从性使患者从中受益。

Objective The main purpose of this study is to explore the effect of nursing intervention in preventing complications of dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscope.Methods In November 2021 to March 2022 in our hospital during the surgery in hospital treatment of chronic dacryocystitis and the anastomosis of lacrimal sac under nasal endoscopic nasal cavity of patients,by means of random sampling 160 patients as the main research object,and by the method of randomized into two groups,among them 80 cases as control group,only choose the usual care Law implementation nursing;The other 80 patients were in the intervention group.On the basis of conventional nursing methods in the control group,the selected research objects were given nursing intervention.Comparison of the control group and intervention group patients with different nursing methods after the recovery effect evaluation,and the incidence of postoperative complications of patients to compare.Results After receiving a period of postoperative care and treatment,both groups of patients with chronic dacryocystitis showed a certain effect.After receiving nursing intervention,the effective rate of patients in the intervention group increased significantly,reaching 87.5%,and the postoperative recovery was better,and higher than the effective rate of the control group of 62.5%.After nursing intervention for patients undergoing dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscope,2 cases of eyelid cyanosis,1 case of nasal bleeding,and 1 case of dry eye occurred in the intervention group,with a total incidence of 9.50%.There were 3 cases of eyelid cyanosis,3 cases of nasal bleeding and 4 cases of dry eye in the intervention group.The total incidence of the control group was 23.85%.The incidence of adverse reactions in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ^(2)=4.842,P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention for patients after dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscope is of great significance in clinical practice,which can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients after surgery,help patients recover the patency of lacrimal passage,reduce the mental burden of patients,and increase the treatment compliance of patients to benefit patients.
