摘要
为探讨双重预防机制在博物馆类型景区安全管理实践中的安全信息传递关系,以景区内安全管理双重预防机制实际运行状况为研究基础,构建景区双重预防机制信息流模型,通过探究信息传递和转化关系,结合双重预防机制建设流程,建立博物馆类型景区双重预防机制运行模式网络,从网络密度、网络中心度和凝聚子群视角分析景区双重预防机制运行模式网络特征。研究结果表明:景区双重预防运行模式以安全管理部门及其相关成员为主、其他部门及其成员为辅,运行过程参与成员构成的景区双重预防机制运行网络密度较低,成员之间信息联系不够紧密,安全信息主要集中在核心成员;游客作为景区日常运营的关键参与者,在景区双重预防机制网络中处于边缘位置,对景区风险和隐患的安全信息获取不足。研究结果可为景区从信息角度完善双重预防机制管理提供一定参考。
In order to explore the safety information transmission relationship of double prevention mechanism in the safety management practice of scenic spots,based on the operation status of double prevention mechanism of the safety management in scenic spots,an information flow model of double prevention mechanism in scenic spots was constructed.By exploring the information transmission and transformation relationship,combined with the construction process of double prevention mechanism,the operation mode network of double prevention mechanism in scenic spots was established,and the network characteristics of operation mode of the double prevention mechanism in scenic spots were analyzed from the perspectives of network density,network centrality and cohesive subgroups.The results show that the operation mode of the double prevention mechanism is mainly composed of the safety management department and its related members,supplemented by other members,in the process of operation,the density of the double prevention mechanism is low,the information among the members is not close enough,and the security information is mainly concentrated in the core members.As the key participants in the daily operation of scenic spots,the tourists are in a marginal position in the double prevention mechanism network of scenic spots,and have insufficient access to safety information about the risks and hidden dangers in scenic spots,The research results have certain reference significance for the scenic spots to improve the management of double prevention mechanism from the perspective of information.
