摘要
脂滴作为一种活跃、动态的细胞器,通过储存和动员脂肪酸及其他脂质,发挥多种细胞功能。越来越多的证据表明,脂滴与细胞器间的接触在脂质运输和代谢调节中起重要作用。线粒体作为脂肪酸氧化及三羧酸循环场所,其与脂滴的关联备受关注。本文总结了脂滴与线粒体接触的机制,并着重就其对细胞能量代谢和应激调节的影响进行讨论,旨在为代谢相关疾病的防治提供新的方向。
As an active and dynamic organelle,lipid droplets perform multiple cellular functions by storing and mobilizing fatty acids and other lipids.More and more evidence shows that the contact between lipid droplets and organelles play an important role in lipid transport and metabolic regulation.As the place of fatty acid oxidation and tricarboxylic acid cycle,the relationship between mitochondria and lipid droplets has attracted much attention.In this review,the mechanism of contact between lipid droplets and mitochondria was summarized,and its effects on cell energy metabolism and stress regulation were discussed in order to provide a new direction for the prevention and treatment of metabolism⁃related diseases.
