落石条件下消防员呼救器损伤试验研究

Experimental study on the damage of fireman's pager under rockfall condition

摘要 消防员呼救器是广泛用于事故救援中保护救援人员的安全设备。通过研究落石高度变化对呼救器各性能的影响,采用钢球在1 m,2 m,3 m,4 m,5 m高度模拟落石环境对消防员呼救器进行试验。讨论不同落石高度产生的冲击力对产品报警等性能的影响,得到以下结论,呼救器允许静止时间与报警时间两性能指标相关性大,但呼救器预报警时间性能在落石冲击下稳定性优于允许静止时间;质量与发光照度随着落石冲击力增加而减小;呼救器声级强度也随着落石冲击力增加而减小,在冲击力达到550 N时声级强度开始低于国家标准;通过试验,得到消防员呼救器在落石撞击下的损伤函数,除去照度变化率较大,呼救器其它性能变化率大都在0.05~0.1以内,可为呼救器在落石灾害环境适应性研究提供参考。 The fireman's pager is a safety equipment widely used to protect rescuers in accident rescue.By studying the effect of rockfall height changes on each performance of the pager,the fireman’s pager was tested using steel balls at 1 m,2 m,3 m,4 m,and 5 m heights to simulate the rockfall environment.The impact of different rockfall heights on the performance of the product alarm is discussed,and the following conclusions are obtained:the correlation between the allowable standstill time and the alarm time is large,but the prewarning time performance of the pager is more stable than the allowable standstill time under rockfall impact;the quality and luminosity decrease with the increase of rockfall impact;the sound level intensity of the pager also decreases with the increase of rockfall impact,and the sound level decreases when the impact force reaches 550 N.The sound level intensity of the pager also decreases with the increase of rockfall impact,and the sound level intensity starts to be lower than the national standard when the impact force reaches 550 N.Through the experiment,the damage function of the fireman's rescue device under the impact of rockfall is obtained.Except for the large change rate of illumination,the other performance change rates of the rescue device are mostly within 0.05-0.1,which can provide reference for the study of the adaptability of the pager in rockfall disaster environment.
