为了解国内实验室持久蠕变试验的整体能力,并提高实验室的检测水平,在全国范围内组织了多次持久蠕变能力验证计划。采用稳健统计方法对参加计划的实验室进行了高温持久蠕变试验能力评价,对未得到满意结果的实验室进行了原因分析并给出建议。持久蠕变能力验证计划的开展为国内火电、航空航天等行业的高温安全性能评价实验室提供了便捷、可靠与经济的认证体系。

In order to understand the overall ability of the lasting creep test in the domestic laboratory and improve the detection level of the laboratory,several lasting creep ability verification plans had been organized nationwide.The robust statistical method was used to evaluate the high temperature lasting creep test ability of the participating laboratories.The reasons for the unsatisfactory results were analyzed and suggestions were given.The development of the lasting creep ability verification program provided a convenient,reliable and economical certification system for the high temperature safety performance evaluation laboratories in domestic thermal power,aerospace and other industries.
