烟气抑损预处理装置在CEMS中的应用

摘要 在高氨、高湿等恶劣工况下,烟气污染物SO_(2)、NO_(X)经由冷凝CEMS预处理冷凝除水后会产生较大损失,影响监测数据的精确度。为避免这些问题,研制了一种以磷酸滴定为主要处理方式的烟气抑损预处理装置。本文详细探究磷酸滴定不同控制参数与滴定模式对抑制损失结果的影响情况。结果表明,在烟气工况条件下,磷酸滴定具有很好的抑制损失效果。 Under harsh conditions such as high ammonia and high humidity,flue gas pollutants SO2 and NOX will cause great loss after water removal by condensation CEMS pretreatment,which affects the accuracy of monitoring data.In order to avoid these problems,a flue gas inhibition loss pretreatment device with phosphoric acid titration as the main treatment method was developed.In this paper,the effects of different control parameters and titration modes on inhibition loss results of phosphoric acid titration were studied in detail.The results show that phosphoric acid titration has a good effect on inhibition loss under flue gas condition.
