摘要
本文介绍了数据采集系统的系统功能和技术特点,针对石化企业生产特点,将过程控制系统采集各种类型的数据信息进行收集,为企业提供了一个强大的实时数据平台,在业务管理和实时生产之间起到桥梁作用,为生产执行系统、能源管理与优化系统、安全环保系统和调度安全指挥系统等应用系统提供生产过程数据、能源及物料计量数据、安全环保管理相关数据等的实时和历史数据,是企业信息化系统的核心基础平台。
This paper introduces the system functions and technical characteristics of the data acquisition system.According to the production characteristics of petrochemical enterprises,the process control system collects various types of data information,providing a powerful real-time data platform for enterprises,playing a bridge role between business management and real-time production,and providing production execution system,energy management and optimization system application systems such as safety and environmental protection system and dispatching safety command system provide realtime and historical data of production process data,energy and material measurement data,safety and environmental protection management related data,and are the core basic platform of enterprise information system.
