摘要
针对目前波纹管膨胀节的性能检验过程中,尺寸测量部分的工作大多依赖于人工检测,存在效率低、测量结果不精确、劳动强度大等缺点,设计了一款基于激光传感器的波纹管尺寸测量系统。本系统通过直线线性模组实现传感器的双轴向运动,与传统手动测量相比,将大幅提高测试效率以及测量精度,主要针对波纹管膨胀节高精度尺寸测量系统构进行研究,为相关研究人员提供可行性参考。
In view of the shortcomings of low efficiency,inaccurate measurement results and high labor intensity,the size measurement system of bellows expansion joint is designed in view of the fact that most of the work of the size measurement part still depends on manual inspection during the current performance inspection process of bellows expansion joint.The system realizes the biaxial movement of the sensor through linear linear module,which will greatly improve the test efficiency and measurement accuracy compared with the traditional manual measurement.It mainly studies the mechanical structure of the bellows expansion joint size measurement system,providing a feasible reference for relevant researchers.
