摘要
随着水表行业内技术革新的不断推进,水表生产厂商对水表的各项技术指标要求也越来越高:对水表的精度要求更高,能够更精准地测量水的流量,减少水表读数误差,提高计费的准确性;对水表的使用可靠性和质量要求更高,使水表使用寿命更长,降低水表维护和更换的成本。而水表在实流状态下,其叶轮旋转过程中在轴向方向上的悬浮状态对水表精度和寿命影响起到关键作用,因此需要通过一定的方法对干式多流束水表在不同流量点下的叶轮浮动状态进行试验,以期获得定量分析所需要的数据,为水表设计提供一些有价值的参考。
With the continuous advancement of technological innovation in the water meter industry,the water meter manufacturers have higher and higher requirements for various technical indicators of the water meter,which are reflected in the following:higher requirements for the accuracy of the water meter,which can measure the water flow more accurately,reduce the reading error of the water meter,and improve the accuracy of billing;Higher requirements on the reliability and quality of the water meter can prolong the design life of the water meter and reduce the cost of maintenance and replacement of the water meter.The axial floating state of the water meter in the process of its impeller rotation under the real flow state plays a key role in the accuracy and life of the water meter.Therefore,it is necessary to test the floating state of the impeller of the dry multi-beam water meter at different flow points through certain methods,in order to obtain the data required for quantitative analysis and provide some valuable references for the design of the water meter.
