阳江400MW特大型抽水蓄能机组调速系统设计及现场试验

摘要 文章主要介绍了阳江400MW特大型抽水蓄能机组调速系统的设计特点及现场应用,首先阐述了调速器电气控制柜配置、机械液压系统控制原理、分段关闭阀设计原理,其次参照国家和行业标准,对现场调速器开机、背靠背启动、抽水转调相、一次调频、甩负荷试验、水泵断电等工况转换和大波动过渡过程进行了分析,最终表明阳江调速器设计和试验性能满足标准要求,有力发挥了我国抽水蓄能机组对新型电力系统的支撑作用,可为大型抽水蓄能机组调速系统的制造及试验、国产化提供一定的参考。 In this paper the design features and on-site application of the speed governing system of the 400MW super-large pumped storage units in Yangjiang were mainly introduced.The configuration of the governor electrical control cabinet,the control principle of the mechanical hydraulic system,and the design method of the step closure device were elaborated firstly.And then the on-site governor startup,back-to-back startup,pumping and phase modulation conversion,primary frequency regulation,load shedding test,pump poweroff and other working conditions switch and large fluctuation transient processes were analyzed referred to the national and industry standards.The design and test performance of Yangjiang governor were finally indicated to meet the standard requirements,which would strongly support the role of China’s pumped-storage units in the new power system and provide reference for the manufacture,test and localization of the speed governing units of large pumped storage systems.
