摘要 国家治理现代化对新时期公共管理人才提出了新的职业能力要求。针对MPA案例教学中依赖教师权威,学生参与的广度、深度及效度不足等困境,可以采用参与式案例教学模式,对其理念内涵、实践价值、实施流程、评价要素进行探讨,旨在为专业学位研究生案例教学模式创新提供参考。参与式案例教学突破了“教育即传递”的传统教育理念,以学生为中心,具有“教师全过程引导,学生全过程参与”的特征,通过分组分工、小组讨论、展示交流和回顾反思四个核心环节,完成案例采编解构、问题链解答、结构化分析和开放式总结全过程。将其应用于MPA政治学课程有利于加强授课教师与学生的双向交流,提高学生参与的积极性、主动性和自主性,是提升专业学位研究生深度学习素养和学以致用能力的有效路径。 The modernization of state governance has put forward new requirements for talents majoring in public management in the new era.In view of the difficulties in MPA case teaching such as relying on the authority of teachers and insufficient students’participation,participatory case teaching model should be adopted and the exploration of its connotation,practical value,implementation process and evaluation elements will provide references for the innovation of case teaching model for graduates with professional master’s degree.Participatory case teaching breaks through the traditional education concept of“education is transmission”,centers on students,and features“teacher guidance and student participation throughout the whole process”.Case collection and deconstruction,problem chain solution,structural analysis and open summary will be completed by the four-core links of labor division,group discussion,display and communication,and review and reflection.Applying it to MPA political science courses is conducive to strengthening the two-way communication between teachers and students,improving students’enthusiasm,initiative and autonomy,and is an effective path for graduates with professional master’s degree to improve their capacities of in-depth learning and applying knowledge to practice.
