摘要
本文通过对仪器仪表企业的调研,发现其生产对零部件需求的不确定性非常大,传统库存管理模型难以较好地适应当前仪器仪表企业随市场、用户需求变化而波动的生产特点。本文研究的库存管理模型是基于模糊集理论,将需求设置为模糊集的形式,通过解模糊求解最优订货批量,进而求解安全库存,降低仪器仪表企业库存管理成本,有效优化供应链管理。
Through research and development,this paper finds that the demand uncertainty of instrument and meter industry is quite distinct.Traditional inventory management model is difficult to better adapt to the current situation of instrument industry.The inventory management model studied in this paper is based on the theory of fuzzy sets,which defines a fuzzy sets.The optimal economic order quantity is solved by defuzzification,and then solving the safe stock,which can reduce the inventory management cost of instrument industry and optimize the supply chain management.
