Fundamental Issues in the Construction of a Strong Socialist Educational Country with Chinese Characteristics

基于习近平总书记在主持中央政治局第五次集体学习时就建设教育强国发表的重要讲话,采用政策文本分析的逻辑思辨,集中梳理阐释“什么是教育强国、为什么要建设教育强国、建设什么样的教育强国、怎样建设教育强国”等“中国特色社会主义教育强国”建设的根本性问题,并就其间隐含的建设教育强国的相关原则、理念导向、分项任务、推进举措等做归结阐述,对其他教育强国建设的基础性问题做拓展思考。

President Xi Jinping delivered a vital speech on the development of a powerful country in education in the fifth group study session of the Political Bureau of CPC Central Committee.This study adopted the methods of content analysis and logical speculation to analyze relevant policy documents.It aims to sort out and explain“what is a powerful country in education”,“why need to build a powerful country in education”,“what kind of country in education to develop”,“how to develop a powerful country in education”and other fundamental issues in the construction of a powerful country in education of socialism with Chinese Characteristics.Besides,the relevant principles,orientations,various tasks,and measures underlying the construction of a powerful country in education are summarized and expounded,and other fundamental issues are deeply explored.
