SPOC+CBL混合式教学模式在定向医学生病理学教学中的应用初探 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨基于小规模限制性在线课程(SPOC)联合案例式教学(CBL)的教学模式在临床定向医学生病理学教学中的应用效果。方法选取近3年我校临床定向班学生作为研究对象,其中2019级临床定向班为实验组,共184名,采用SPOC+CBL翻转课堂教学;2017级临床定向班为对照组,共296名,采用传统教学法。比较两组学生考试成绩,并调查实验组学生对课程的评价。结果实验组学生最终总评成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.51,P<0.05)。实验组学生们对课程比较满意,64.67%学生认为自己的学习效率和效果有一定的提高,76.63%学生认为锻炼了自己的自学能力。结论SPOC+CBL的线上线下混合式教学可激发学生学习动力,有效提升病理学教学质量,促进学生理论结合实践,满足人才培养的需要。 Objective To explore the application effect of a teaching mode based on small-scale restricted online courses(SPOC)combined with case based teaching(CBL)in the pathology teaching of oriented medical students.Methods A total of 184 students from the oriented medical class of our university in the past 3 years were selected as the research subjects,including the Grade 2019 as the experimental group,using SPOC+CBL teaching mode.The Grade of 2017 are the control group,with a total of 296 students,using traditional teaching methods.Compare the test scores of the two groups of students,and investigate the evaluation of the experimental group of students on the course.Results The final overall score of the students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(t=6.51,P<0.05).The students in the experimental group are relatively satisfied with the course,and 64.67%students believe that their learning efficiency and effectiveness have been improved to a certain extent,76.63%students conceived that it improved their self-learning ability.Conclusion The online and offline hybrid teaching of SPOC+CBL can stimulate students'learning motivation,effectively improve the quality of pathology teaching,promote students'integration of theory and practice,and meet the needs of talent cultivation.
