装甲钛合金低成本技术研究及其应用现状 被引量:4

摘要 装甲钛合金具有比强度高、抗弹性能好、焊接强度高、耐腐蚀等特点,是新型装甲装备实现轻量化与强防护的优选材料。但是装甲钛合金的高成本限制了其在装甲装备中的大规模工程化应用。因此,装甲钛合金的低成本技术研究是兵器钛合金领域研究的重点方向之一。主要论述了装甲钛合金的低成本合金化技术、装甲钛合金的低成本制造技术、装甲钛合金的分类情况与性能特点以及装甲钛合金的应用现状。在此基础上,提出了中国装甲钛合金低成本技术研究与应用的发展方向,为进一步提高中国装甲钛合金的工程化应用水平提供参考。 Armor titanium alloy has the characteristics of high specific strength,good ballistic performance,high welding strength and corrosion resistance.It is the preferred material for lightweight and enhanced protection of new armored equipment.However,the high cost of armor titanium alloy limits its large-scale engineering application in armored equipment.Therefore,the research on low-cost technology of armor titanium alloy is one of the key directions in the field of ordnance titanium alloy.The low-cost alloying technology of armor titanium alloy,the low-cost manufacturing technology of armor titanium alloy,the classification and performance characteristics of armor titanium alloy,and the application status of armored titanium alloy are discussed.Based on this,the domestic development direction of low-cost technology research and application of armor titanium alloy is put forward,which provides reference for further improving the engineering application level of armor titanium alloy.
