循证护理证据的应用能够有效改善临床护理质量。在循证实践过程中,管理者带领护理团队在针对特定的临床护理问题寻找证据并进行证据转化和评估,构建循证实践项目,利用一切可以利用的资源,以多学科协作模式,推动循证实践证据转换,给护理工作带来改变。在此过程中,管理者的管理策略至关重要,管理者在开发、推动及持续应用循证实践方案时,应以卓越的领导力推动证据在临床护理转化中的顺利实施并得以维持,使工作得以改进,患者和临床护士均可受益。本文基于循证实践现状,探索如何在卓越管理模式下,推动循证实践证据在临床护理实践中进行高质量转化,进而深化护理专业内涵,促进循证护理实践和临床护理专业的发展。

The application of evidence-based nursing evidence can effectively improve the clinical nursing quality.In the process of evidence-based practice,managers lead the nursing team to find evidence for specific clinical nursing problems,carry out evidence transformation and evaluation,construct evidence-based practice projects,use all available resources,and promote the evidence transformation of evidence-based practice in a multidisciplinary collaboration mode,so as to bring changes to the nursing work.In this process,the management strategy of managers is crucial.In the development,promotion and continuous application of evidence-based practice programs,managers promote the smooth implementation and maintenance of evidence in clinical nursing transformation with excellent leadership,so that clinical nursing work can be improved,and patients and clinical nurses can benefit.Based on the current situation of evidence-based practice,this review explores how to promote the high-quality transformation of evidence-based practice evidence in clinical nursing practice under excellent management,thus deepening the connotation of nursing profession and promoting the development of evidence-based nursing practice and clinical nursing.
