护士参与ICU患者过渡期护理体验的Meta整合

Meta-synthesis of nurses'experience in participation in transitional care for ICU patients

目的系统评价护士参与ICU患者过渡期护理体验的质性研究。方法系统检索Cochrane Library、CINAHL、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、OVID、Elsevier、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据库、维普网中有关护士参与ICU患者过渡期护理体验的质性研究,检索时限为建库至2023年2月28日。采用澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所(JBI)循证卫生保健中心的质性研究质量评价标准对文献进行质量评价,利用汇集性整合方法进行整合。结果共纳入16篇文献,提炼出33个研究结果,归纳成11个新类别,综合成4个整合结果,分别为护士在患者过渡期前的准备工作、护士在患者过渡期的情感体验、护士在患者过渡期面临的挑战、护士希望在患者过渡期获得支持。结论护士在患者过渡期前应从多方面完善准备工作,在过渡期间与患者建立有效的沟通模式。同时护理管理者需重视对护士的心理支持与专业培训,设立ICU联络护士及制订规范的ICU过渡期护理流程,加强护士的组织支持,提高患者过渡期的护理质量,促进过渡期护理工作的有序开展。

ObjectiveTo systematically evaluate the qualitative researches on nurses'experience in participating in ICU patients'transitional care.MethodsCochrane Library,CINAHL,PubMed,Embase,Web,OVID,Elsevier,China Biology Medicine disc,CNKI,Wanfang Database and VIP were systematically searched for qualitative researches on the nursing experience of nurses participating in ICU patients transitional care.The search time was from the establishment of the databases to February 28,2023.The qualitative research quality evaluation criteria of Australia Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)for Evidence-based Health Care Centre were used to evaluate the quality of the literature.The integration was carried out by the integrative synthesis method.ResultsA total of 16 literatures were included,and 33 research results were extracted,which were summarized into 11 new categories and synthesized into 4 integrated results,namely,nurses'preparation work before patients'transition period,nurses'emotional experience during patients'transition period,nurses'challenges during patients'transition period,and nurses'hope for support during patients'transition period.ConclusionsNurses should improve the preparation work in various aspects before the transition period,and establish an effective communication mode with patients during the transition period.At the same time,nursing managers should pay attention to the psychological support and professional training of nurses,establish ICU contact nurses and formulate standardized ICU transitional nursing procedures,strengthen the organizational support of nurses,improve the nursing quality of patients during the transitional period and promote the orderly development of transitional nursing work.
