监狱安全是监狱工作的重中之重,罪犯越狱脱逃严重威胁着监狱安全,给社会造成重大影响。越狱罪犯主观恶性深、刑期漫长、逃避刑罚和渴求自由的需要强烈等是其越狱的主观原因。部分监狱设施老化、信息系统较为陈旧、个别民警安全意识淡漠、责任意识不强、监管制度落实不到位等是造成罪犯越狱的客观原因。因此,加强对监狱重点设施的管理,不断强化监狱民警的责任意识和安全意识,紧盯重点岗位和重点人员及重要时段,提升技防能力,把各项监管制度落实到位,才能确保监狱的安全稳定。
