建设司法行政系统特色数据库之构想

The Conception of Building a Characteristic Database for the Judicial Administration System

司法行政系统承担着刑事执行、戒毒管理、执法监督等多项职能。其工作人员如监狱人民警察、戒毒人民警察、社区矫正工作人员需要丰富的执法、司法知识和技能。但是他们所处的工作环境是相对封闭的,获取知识的渠道是相对狭窄的。为了满足司法行政系统一线工作人员知识、信息和技能需求,完全可以依托司法警官类院校,建设适用于本行业的特色数据库。应当在共建共享的理念下建立刑事执行、行政执行、心理咨询、社区矫正等特色数据库。

The judicial administrative system undertakes multiple functions such as criminal execution,drug rehabilitation management,and law enforcement supervision.Its staff,such as prison police,drug rehabilitation police,and community correction workers,require rich law enforcement and judicial knowledge and skills.But the working environment they are in is relatively closed,and the channels for acquiring knowledge are relatively narrow.In order to meet the knowledge,information,and skill needs of frontline staff in the judicial administration system,it is entirely possible to rely on judicial police officer colleges to build a characteristic database suitable for this industry.We should establish characteristic databases such as criminal execution,administrative execution,psychological counseling,and community correction under the concept of co construction and sharing.
