基于轮廓法的轴承残余应力测量与分析

Measurement and Analysis of Bearing Residual Stress Based on Contour Method

摘要 轴承的残余应力对其服役和寿命有较大的影响。以某小轴承为样本,研究了该全新轴承的残余应力状况,采用轮廓法测量了该轴承的内圈、外圈的残余应力分布,尤其是环向残余应力沿厚度的分布,对测量结果进行了分析讨论,详细介绍了轮廓法残余应力测量技术在精密测量轴承残余应力时的关键措施和注意事项。通过测试和分析,了解了SKF轴承的残余应力分布,为小零件的轮廓法残余应力高精度测量提供了一个借鉴。 The residual stress of the bearing has a great influence on its service and life.Taking a small bearing as a sample,the residual stress of the bearing was studied,and the residual stress distribution of the inner ring and outer ring of the bearing was measured by the contour method,especially the hoop residual stress along the thickness distribution.The results were analyzed and discussed,and the application methods and precautions of the residual stress measurement technology of the contour method in the bearing residual stress measurement were introduced.The understanding of residual stress distribution of SKF bearings would provide a reference for high-precision residual stress measurement of small part on contour method.
