楔形螺纹丝锥优化设计

摘要 以材料为TC4楔形螺纹紧固件为研究对象,采用了控制变量的方法开展楔形螺纹丝锥的设计优化制造。结合丝锥的工作原理,加工的优缺点,从丝锥的结构特点、丝锥材料、丝锥涂层3个方面进行分析验证,设计出适用于楔形螺纹紧固件的加工的螺纹丝锥。确定了丝锥结构参数,对楔形螺纹丝锥的实际生产应用具有较高的借鉴价值。 Taking TC4 wedge thread fastener as the research object,the design and optimization of wedge thread tap was carried out by using the method of control variable.Combined with the working principle of the tap,the advantages and disadvantages of the processing,from the structural characteristics of the tap,tap material,tap coating three aspects of analysis and verification,the wedge threaded fastener processing thread tap was designed.The structural parameters of the tap were determined,which had a high reference value for the practical production and application of the wedge thread tap.
