Digital Economy,Factor Flow and Common Affluence

数字经济发展动能的加速释放使其成为推进共同富裕的关键依托。文章基于2011—2020年的省级面板数据,考察了数字经济对共同富裕的影响以及要素流动在其中所起的调节作用。结果表明:数字经济显著促进了共同富裕实现,既具有提升总体富裕水平的“做大蛋糕”效应,又具有推动共享富裕的“分好蛋糕”效应,但现阶段“做大蛋糕”效应更强;户籍制度改革、交通基础设施建设等要素流动机制有助于强化数字经济对共同富裕的赋能效果。进一步研究发现,在市场化程度高和要素市场发育程度高的地区,数字经济对共同富裕的赋能效果更明显。

The accelerated release of the digital economy development momentum has made it a key support for promoting common affluence.Based on the provincial panel data from 2011 to 2020,this paper examines the impact of digital economy on common affluence and the moderating effect of factor flow mechanism.The results are shown as below:Digital economy significantly promotes the realization of common affluence.It has both the grow-the-pie effect of improving the overall level of affluence and the“equitable pie distribution”effect of promoting shared affluence,but the“grow the pie”effect is stronger at this stage.Factor flow mechanisms such as the reform of household registration system and the construction of transportation infrastructure can help strengthen the empowering effect of the digital economy on common affluence.Further research finds that in areas with high degree of marketization and high degree of factor market development,the empowering effect of digital economy on common prosperity is more obvious.
