Spatiotemporal Evolution of Common Affluence Development Level and Innovation-driven Mechanism

文章以共同富裕内涵与特征为逻辑起点,基于高质量发展视角构建共同富裕发展水平的综合评价指标体系,引入系统综合发展模型和协调发展度模型,定量揭示我国省域共同富裕发展水平的时空差异特征,并通过面板数据回归模型探究科技创新对共同富裕的驱动机制。结果表明:在共同富裕发展水平方面,东部地区水平最高,其次为中部地区,均大于我国平均共同富裕发展水平;西部地区共同富裕发展水平最低。从空间分布来看,我国共同富裕发展水平总体上呈沿海向内陆递减的分布格局;省域共同富裕发展水平区域差异较大,具有明显的等级板块结构特征。科技创新要素对共同富裕具有明显的驱动效应,且存在区域异质性。

This paper takes the connotation and characteristics of common affluence as the logical starting point,constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for common affluence development level from the perspective of high-quality development,and then introduces a systematic comprehensive development model and a coordinated development degree model,quantitatively revealing the characteristics of spatiotemporal differences of common affluence development level in provinces of China.Finally,through panel data regression model,the paper explores the driving mechanism of scientific and technological innovation to common affluence.The results go as the following:In terms of the development level of common affluence,the eastern region is the strongest,followed by the central region,both of which are greater than the average development level of common affluence in China.The western region has the lowest development level of common affluence.From the perspective of spatial distribution,the development level of China’s common affluence generally shows a pattern of decreasing from the coastal areas to the inland areas.There are great regional differences in the development level of common affluence among provinces,which has obvious characteristics of hierarchical plate structure.The factors of scientific and technological innovation have obvious driving effects on common affluence,and there is regional heterogeneity.
