数字金融、风险偏好与农户创业行为——基于CHFS数据的实证分析

Digital Finance,Risk Preference and Farmers’Entrepreneurial Behavior—Empirical Analysis Based on CHFS Data

数字金融的发展在促进农户创业和实现共同富裕方面具有不可估量的作用。本文基于2019年中国家庭金融调查(CHFS)和北京大学数字普惠金融指数,采用DHM模型对数字金融、风险偏好与农户创业行为之间的关系展开研究。研究结果表明,数字金融能够显著提高农户的创业决策与绩效,随着农村地区现代化程度的提高,农户的创业行为呈现下降趋势。进一步的机制分析表明,数字金融和风险偏好将促进农户进行非农机会型创业,同时减少农户进行生存型创业的概率。由此提出需进一步加强农村地区数字金融基础服务设施建设,助力非农机会型创业者稳定其创业结构,对生存型创业者进行点对点帮扶,以促其创业转型成功。

The development of digital finance acts an immeasurable role in promoting farmers’entrepreneurship and achieving common prosperity.Based on the 2019 China Household Finance Survey(CHFS)and BeJing University Digital Financial Inclusion Index,this study uses the DHM model to explore the relationship among digital finance,risk preference and rural households’entrepreneurial behavior.The results represent that digital finance can significantly improve the entrepreneurial decision-making and performance of rural households.With the improvement of the modernization degree in rural areas,the entrepreneurial behavior of rural households shows a downward trend.Further mechanism analysis shows that digital finance and risk preferences will promote farmers to engage in non-farming opportunity-based entrepreneurship while reducing the probability of farmers engaging in subsistence-based entrepreneurship.Therefore,it is suggested that the construction of digital financial infrastructure in rural areas should be further strengthened to help non-agricultural opportunistic entrepreneurs stabilize their entrepreneurial structure,and point-to-point assistance should be provided to subsistence entrepreneurs,in order that they can promote their entrepreneurial transformation.
