下向深孔阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法的优化研究

摘要 针对下向深孔阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法凿岩硐室工程量大、采准工程施工困难、空区顶板不规则、出矿不安全、充填接顶率低等问题进行优化研究。通过优化上部凿岩巷道的布置形式,克服了上部凿岩硐室工程量大,施工困难以及顶板不规则的问题;改进了下向深孔的布置形式,由下向平行孔改成下向扇形孔,提高了深孔凿岩效率,改善了空区顶板轮廓,提高了空区顶板的稳定性;通过采用遥控设备回收空区内的残矿,解决了出矿过程中的安全问题。优化后的采矿工艺顶板稳定性提高,回采作业安全,充填接顶率显著提高;采切比降低了8.09 m^(3)/kt,贫化率降低了7%,单个采场生产效率提高了200 t/d,可供类似矿山借鉴。 Aiming at the problems of large amount of rock drilling chamber,difficult construction of mining preparation engineering,irregular roof of goaf,unsafe ore removal and low roof-contacting rate of filling in the downward deep hole stage open stoping and subsequent filling mining method,the optimization research is carried out.By optimizing the layout of the upper rock drilling roadway,the problems of large en-gineering quantity,difficult construction and irregular roof of the upper rock drilling chamber are overcome.The arrangement form of the downward deep hole is improved,and the downward parallel hole is changed in-to the downward fan-shaped hole,which improves the drilling efficiency of the deep hole,improves the roof contour of the empty area,and improves the stability of the roof of the empty area.The safety problem in the process of ore drawing is solved by using remote control equipment to recover the residual ore in the goaf.The stability of the roof of the optimized mining process is improved,the mining operation is safe,and the filling rate is significantly improved.The mining-cut ratio is reduced by 8.09 m^(3)/kt,the dilution rate is reduced by 7%,and the production efficiency of a single stope is increased by 200 t/d,which can be used for reference by similar mines.
