摘要
新疆某热液脉型石英岩的主要组成矿物为石英,主要呈他形粒状,边缘多呈波浪状镶嵌,表面干净,包裹体较少,SiO_(2)含量高达95%以上。为了了解其加工高纯石英的可能性,从岩石矿物学角度出发进行了矿物组成特征研究,并对提纯前后产品进行了主要化学成分分析。结果表明,样品中杂质矿物主要为云母,部分样品中长石、黏土矿物含量稍高,电气石、钛铁矿、板钛矿、独居石、锆石、磷灰石等为岩石中含量甚微的副矿物,粒径微,但存在普遍;多期热液作用形成的石英粒径差异较大,晚期低温热液形成的微细粒石英集合体中常包裹微小杂质矿物,不利用高纯石英的提取;加工提纯产品SiO_(2)含量可提高至99%以上,可应用于玻璃工业、电子电器工业等。
The main mineral composition of a hydrothermal vein type quartzite in Xinjiang is quartz,which is mainly xenomorphic granular texture,and the edges are mostly wavy inlaid.The surface is clean,the inclusion is less,and the content of SiO_(2)is more than 95%.In order to understand the possibility of pro-cessing high purity quartz,the characteristics of mineral composition were studied in rock mineralogy,and the main chemical components of the products before and after purification were analyzed.The results showed that the impurity mineral in the samples was mainly mica,and the content of feldspar and clay min-erals in some samples was slightly higher.Tourmaline,ilmenite,brookite,monazite,zircon and apatite are minor accessory minerals in the rocks with small particle size and widespread existence.Quartz formed by multi-stage hydrothermal process has a large difference in particle size.The fine-grained quartz aggregates formed by late low-temperature hydrothermal solution are often wrapped with tiny impurity minerals,which is not conducive to the extraction of high-purity quartz.The SiO_(2)content of purification processing products can be raised to more than 99%,which can be applied in glass industry,electronic and electrical industry,etc.
