基于数值模拟的独头巷道热舒适性研究与优化

摘要 高温热害是影响矿井资源开发、矿工工作效率及健康的主要因素。通风降温是解决矿井高温的主要方式之一。应用Fluent软件对独头巷道内的温度场、速度场、水蒸气质量分数场、PMV场进行模拟,研究不同直径风筒及送风参数对降温效果的影响及独头巷道工作区域的舒适度分布,确立满足工作条件的最优制冷方案。结果表明:独头巷道压入式通风的风流流场分为贴附射流区、冲击射流区、回流区和涡流区;大直径风筒低风速的送风方式较其他送风方式能提供更好的热舒适环境;综合制冷量考虑,应采用较低温度、较高相对湿度的送风风流。 High temperature heat damage is the main factor affecting the development of mine resourc-es,the efficiency and health of miners.Ventilation cooling is one of the main ways to solve the high tempera-ture of the mine.Fluent software is used to simulate the temperature field,velocity field,water vapor mass fraction field and PMV field in the single-head roadway.The influence of different diameter air ducts and air supply parameters on the cooling effect and the comfort distribution of the working area of the single-head roadway are studied,and the optimal refrigeration scheme satisfying the working conditions is established.The results show that the airflow field of the forced ventilation in the single-head roadway is divided into the attached jet zone,the impinging jet zone,the recirculation zone and the vortex zone.The air supply mode of large diameter air duct with low wind speed can provide better thermal comfort environment than other air supply modes.Considering the comprehensive cooling capacity,the supply air flow with lower temperature and higher relative humidity should be adopted.
