摘要 为了提高煤矿火灾预警水平,通过对比分析不同矿井火灾监测技术,提出了开切眼、停采、回采和撤架的全周期火灾综合监测技术,并在霄云煤矿1310工作面进行应用。综合监测技术集安全监控系统、束管监测系统、光纤测温系统于一体,能够全面地收集、处理、监控火灾危险指标数据。经应用,2021年成功预警煤自燃15次,全周期火灾监测技术提高了煤矿火灾监测管控水平,保障了煤矿的安全生产。 In order to improve the early warning level of coal mine fire,through comparative analysis of different mine fire monitoring technologies,a full-cycle fire comprehensive monitoring technology of open-off cut,stop mining,mining and support removal was proposed and applied in 1310 working face of Xiaoyun Coal Mine.The integrated monitoring technology integrates safety monitoring system,beam tube monitoring system and optical fiber temperature measurement system,which can comprehensively collect,process and monitor fire hazard index data.After application,15 times of coal spontaneous combustion were successfully warned in 2021.The full-cycle fire monitoring technology improved the level of coal mine fire monitoring and control,and ensured the safe production of coal mines.
