摘要
西北地区黄土和沙漠山砂分布广泛,为降低充填成本,探究了采用黄土山砂为膏体充填材料的可行性。结果表明,黄土山砂基膏体在水泥、黄土、山砂质量比分别为1∶1∶10、1∶2∶10、1∶1∶20、1∶2∶20情况下对应的适宜膏体质量浓度分别为84.5%、83.5%、82.0%、83.5%;J85型速凝剂是促进黄土山砂基膏体快凝的理想速凝剂;黄土、山砂作为膏体充填材料是可行的,黄土可发挥运移介质作用,若需用黄土作为膏体充填料,应注意对用量进行严格限制,且应添加固化剂对黄土进行改性,使其更适用于井下膏体充填。
Loess and desert mountain sand are widely distributed in northwest China.In order to re-duce the filling cost,the feasibility of using loess mountain sand as paste filling material was explored.The results showed that when the mass ratios of cement,loess and mountain sand of loess mountain sand base paste were 1∶1∶10,1∶2∶10,1∶1∶20 and 1∶2∶20,the corresponding suitable paste mass concentrations were 84.5%,83.5%,82.0%and 83.5%respectively.J85 is an ideal accelerator to promote the rapid setting of loess mountain sand base paste.It is feasible to use loess and mountain sand as paste filling materials.Loess can play the role of migration medium.If loess is needed as paste filling material,the dosage should be strictly limited,and curing agent should be added to modify loess to make it more suitable for under-ground paste filling.
