摘要
本文介绍了一种新型的暂溶性染料“轴向取代酞菁钴染料”的合成方法。通过研究轴向酞菁钴染料的合成机理,提出了一种以烷基苯为反应载体,采用一步加压法合成轴向取代二氯酞菁钴,再与N,N-二甲基丙二胺在常温下直接混合搅拌合成暂溶性酞菁钴染料的新工艺。与传统合成方法相比,新工艺缩短了合成步骤,简化了生产设备和操作流程,具有更高的反应转化率,可使生产成本大幅降低且更加安全环保;产品色光鲜艳纯正、纯度高,可应用于高档纺织品的仿蜡染及感光材料上的光学增感染料。
The synthesis method of a new temporary soluble dye“axial substitution cobalt phthalocyanine dye”was introduced.A new process for synthesizing axial cobalt substituted phthalocyanine dyes was given by studying the synthesis mechanism.Axial substituted dichloro cobalt phthalocyanine dyes were synthesized by one-step high pressure method with alkylbenzene as the reaction carrier,and then,temporary soluble cobalt phthalocyanine dyes were obtained by directly mixing and stirring the former with N',N'-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine at room temperature.Compared with traditional synthesis methods,the new process decreased synthesis steps,sim-plified production equipment and operating procedures,and has a higher reaction conversion rate.The new process significantly re-duced production costs,and it was more safety and environmentally friendly.The product has bright and pure color shade with high pu-rity,and could be used for imitating wax dyeing of high-end textiles and optical sensitizing dyes in photosensitive materials.
