双指数导向干预联合压力与应激理论护理在甲状腺癌手术患者中的应用研究

Application of Double Index Oriented Intervention combined with Stress andStress Theoretical Nursing on Patients with Thyroid carcinoma

目的观察双指数导向干预联合压力与应激理论护理在甲状腺癌手术患者中的应用效果。方法选择2021年10月-2022年9月我院收治的甲状腺癌手术患者90例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各45例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组在对照组的基础上实施双指数导向干预联合压力与应激理论护理。比较两组干预后各项观察指标的差异。结果试验组护理后嗓音声学值测评指标、医学应对方式评分优于对照组,嗓音障碍指数、咽喉反流症状指数评分低于对照组,心理弹性、生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双指数导向干预联合压力与应激理论护理应用于甲状腺癌手术患者,可改善嗓音声学值水平,减轻术后嗓音障碍、咽喉反流症状严重程度,具备较佳医学应对方式、心理弹性、生活质量改善价值。

Objective To observe the effect of double index guided intervention combined with stress and stress theoretical nursing on patients with thyroid cancer.Methods A total of 90 thyroid cancer surgery cases admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to September 2022 were selected as observation samples,and 90 thyroid cancer surgery cases were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 45 cases in the experimental group and 45 cases in the control group.The control group received care according to the conventional mode of thyroid cancer surgery.On this basis,the experimental group was added with double index oriented intervention combined with theoretical nursing of stress and stress,and the observation indexes of the two groups after intervention were compared.Results The acoustical evaluation index and medical coping score of thyroid cancer patients in experimental group were better than those in control group,the voice disturbance index and reflux symptom index were lower than those in control group,and the psychological resilience score and quality of life score were higher than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dual-index guided intervention combined with stress and stress theoretical nursing on patients with thyroid cancer surgery is beneficial to the improvement of voice acoustic value,reduce the severity of postoperative voice disorders and laryngeal reflux,and has better medical response,psychological resilience and quality of life improvement value.
