眼轮匝肌聚拢塑形在下睑松弛伴卧蚕低平的眼袋整形术中的应用

Application of eye orbicularis muscle gathering and shaping in eye bag plastic surgery with lower eyelid relaxation and lying down

目的分析眼轮匝肌聚拢塑型在下睑松弛伴卧蚕低平的眼袋整形术中的应用。方法选取我院收治的32例下睑松弛伴卧蚕低平患者作为研究对象,行下睑袋整形术眼轮匝肌聚拢塑形卧蚕成形术。对其适应证选择,使用前评估,手术方法,术中患者不同情况的处理方法,手术并发症预防,治疗效果进行分析。术后半年观察卧蚕形态对等度,饱满度,下睑区紧致度,皱纹改善幅度,以及结节问题、眼部增生问题等指标。结果下睑区松弛改善率98.5%,显著改善78%,卧蚕形态改善率82.5%,显著改善58.5%,卧蚕不对称发生率45.67%,卧蚕形态畸形发生率1.56%,切口增生发生率14.3%。结论在下睑松弛伴卧蚕低平的眼袋整形术中采用眼轮匝肌聚拢塑型方式可有效改善下睑松弛,凸显卧蚕形态,提升治疗效果,降低复发率及并发症发生风险。

Objective To analyze the application of orbicularis oculi muscle convolute plastic in the surgery of lower eyelid relaxation and flflat eye bags.Methods 32 cases of lower eyelid laxity with lying silkworm flflatness in our hospital were selected as the study objects,and the lower eyelid pouch surgery was performed.The selection of indications,evaluation before use,surgical method,treatment of different conditions of patients during the operation,prevention of surgical complications and therapeutic effect were analyzed.Morphological equivalence,fullness,lower eyelid tightness,wrinkle improvement,nodule problem and ocular hyperplasia were observed six months after operation.Results The improvement rate of lower eyelid relaxation was 98.5%(78%),the improvement rate of morphology was 82.5%(58.5%),the incidence of asymmetry was 45.67%,the incidence of morphological malformation was 1.56%,and the incidence of incisal hyperplasia was 14.3%.Conclusion The orbicularis eye muscle can effffectively improve the lower eyelid relaxation,highlight the morphology of lying silkworm,improve the treatment effffect,and reduce the recurrence rate and the risk of complications.
