Cameron适时理论联合序贯式护理在面部烧伤瘢痕整形患者中的应用

Application of Cameron's timely theory combined with sequential nursing care in facial burn scar plastic surgery patients

目的探讨面部烧伤瘢痕整形患者采用Cameron适时理论联合序贯式护理的效果。方法选取2019年5月至2023年4月本院收治的面部烧伤瘢痕整形患者共计31例,所有患者均采用Cameron适时理论联合序贯式护理,比较术前、术后瘢痕情况、心理状态、并发症及护理满意度。结果术后温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分较术前更低(P<0.05);术后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分较术前更低(P<0.05);术后并发症发生率为6.45%;护理总满意度为96.77%。结论面部烧伤瘢痕整形患者采用Cameron适时理论联合序贯式护理,能够改善瘢痕情况及心理状态,且并发症较少,护理满意度较高。

Objective To explore the effffect of Cameron's timely theory combined with sequential nursing care on facial burn scar plastic surgery patients.Methods A total of 31 patients with facial burn scar plastic surgery who were admitted in our hospital from May 2019 to April 2023 were selected.All patients were received Cameron's timely theory combined with sequential nursing care.The scar condition,psychological state,complications,and nursing satisfaction of the preoperative and postoperative were compared.Results In comparision of the preoperative,the Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)scores of the postoperative was lower(P<0.05).In comparision of the preoperative,the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores of the postoperative was lower(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was 6.45%.The total satisfaction rate with nursing was 96.77%.Conclusion The use of Cameron's timely theory combined with sequential nursing for facial burn scar plastic surgery patients can improve scar condition and psychological state,with fewer complications and higher nursing satisfaction.
