NLRP3炎症小体与玫瑰痤疮

摘要 玫瑰痤疮是一种慢性炎症性皮肤病,其临床特征是面部阵发性潮红、持续性红斑、丘疹和脓疱、毛细血管扩张和水肿。目前发病机制尚不完全清楚,多种因素如遗传、微生物、抗菌肽、免疫、血管神经功能障碍、皮肤屏障受损都与玫瑰痤疮的发病相关[1,2]。玫瑰痤疮发病涉及多种炎症因子和信号通路。目前,NLRP3炎症小体被证实参与多种炎症性及免疫性皮肤疾病的发病进程,且使用NLRP3抑制剂可有效减轻LL-37引发的玫瑰痤疮样表型[3],但具体机制尚不清楚。本文就NLRP3炎症小体在玫瑰痤疮发病环节中的可能作用做一综述。 Rosacea is a common chronic inflflammatory disease.Its clinical manifestations include flflushing or persistent erythema,papules,pustules,telangiectasia,and rhinophyma.the relationship between estrogen and rosacea is not fully understood.In terms of the pathogenesis of rosacea is still not very clear,genetic predisposition,microorganisms,antimicrobial peptide,immune system disorder,vascular and neuronal dysfunction were related to its pathogenesis.The pathogenesis of rosacea involves a variety of inflflammatory factors and signaling pathways.At present,NLRP3 inflflammasome has been confifirmed to be involved in the pathogenesis of various inflammatory and immune skin diseases.The rosacesis-like phenotype induced by LL-37 was effectively attenuated by the use of NLRP3 inhibitors.This article reviews the role of NLRP3 inflflammasome in the pathogenesis of rosacea.
