大金鸡菊提取物对蛋种鸡产蛋后期生产性能、蛋品质、血清抗氧化功能及繁殖性能的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Coreopsis lanceolata Extract on Production Performance,Egg Quality,Serum Antioxidant Function and Reproductive Performance of Egg Breeders in Late Laying Period

摘要 试验旨在考察大金鸡菊提取物对蛋种鸡产蛋后期生产性能、蛋品质、血清抗氧化功能及繁殖性能的影响。试验选取1200只50周龄健康蛋种鸡,随机分成4组,每组6个重复,每个重复50只。空白组饲喂基础日粮,试验各组分别在基础日粮中添加300、500、1000 mg/kg大金鸡菊提取物,预试期7 d,正试期35 d。结果表明:与空白组相比,中、高剂量大金鸡菊提取物,蛋种鸡产蛋后期产蛋率均显著提高(P<0.05),料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05);与空白组相比,中、高剂量组蛋种鸡产蛋后期蛋壳强度、蛋黄颜色及哈夫单位均有不同程度的提升;与空白组相比,中、高剂量大金鸡菊提取物蛋种鸡产蛋后期的抗氧化性能显著提高(P<0.05)。与空白组相比,中、高剂量组大金鸡菊提取物蛋种鸡产蛋后期的繁殖性能显著提高(P<0.05)。饲料添加适宜水平的大金鸡菊提取物能够改善蛋种鸡产蛋后期生产性能和养分利率,提高蛋黄色泽增强蛋品质,增强抗氧化性能及繁殖性能。 The purpose of the experiment was to investigate the effects of Coreopsis lanceolata extract on the production performance,egg quality,serum antioxidant function and reproductive performance of laying egg breeders.A total of 120050-week-old healthy laying egg breeders were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 50 egg breeders in each group.The blank control group was fed with basal diet,and the experimental groups were fed with 300,500 mg/kg and 1000 mg/kg extract respectively.The pre-trial period was 7 days and the formal period was 35 days.The results showed that:①compared with the blank group,with the addition of medium and high dose of Coreopsis lanceolata extract,the laying rate of laying egg breeders increased significantly(P<0.05),and the feedegg ratio decreased significantly(P<0.05).The effect of high dose group on production performance was the most obvious.②Compared with the blank group,the medium and high dose of Coreopsis lanceolata extract significantly increased the eggshell strength,yolk color and Haugh unit of egg quality in the post-laying period(P<0.05).The high dose group was also the most obvious.③Compared with the blank group,the medium and high dose of Coreopsis lanceolata extract significantly improved the antioxidant activity of laying egg breeders in the later stage of laying(P<0.05),especially in the high dose group.④Compared with the blank group,the medium and high dose of Coreopsis lanceolata extract significantly improved the reproductive performance of laying egg breeders(P<0.05),especially in the high dose group.It can be seen that adding appropriate level of Coreopsis lanceolata extract to feed can improve the production performance and nutrient utilization efficiency of laying egg breeders,improve egg yolk color and enhance egg quality,and enhance antioxidation and reproductive performance.
