摘要
植物单宁是一种具较强生物学活性的多酚类次生代谢产物,由于其出色的蛋白质结合能力,被广泛用作青贮添加剂以降低青贮过程中蛋白质的降解。除此之外,植物单宁还能发挥调控青贮饲料发酵品质、微生物群落、瘤胃消化、瘤胃甲烷合成等多种功能作用。文章就植物单宁理化性质、单宁对青贮饲料品质及瘤胃发酵的影响进行综述,旨在为植物单宁在畜牧业中的科学高效利用提供参考。
Plant tannin is a secondary metabolite of polyphenols with strong biological activity.Due to its excellent protein binding capacity,it is widely used as an additive to reduce the degradation of protein during ensiling.In addition,plant tannin can also play a multi-functional role in regulating the silage fermentation quality,microbial community,rumen digestion,rumen methane synthesis,etc.Therefore,the paper reviews the physicochemical properties of plant tannin and the effects on silage quality and rumen fermentation,so as to provided reference for reasonable understanding and utilization of tannin in animal husbandry.
