摘要
通过对腐蚀速率、微观形貌和锈层成分的测试与分析,研究了电连接状态对Q235碳钢在青岛实海环境中跨越全浸区和潮差区腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:在非电连接状态下,全浸区试样的腐蚀速率低于潮差区,潮差区试样的腐蚀速率随着暴露高度的增加而增大;在电连接状态下,处于最低潮位线下方试样的腐蚀速率出现峰值,而在潮差区,处于中潮位区域试样的腐蚀速率出现最低值;在全浸区上部和整个潮差区试样的腐蚀形貌存在明显差异;在两种状态下潮差区试样表面锈层成分存在明显差异,在电连接状态下存在锈层的影响,随着暴露高度的增加,锈层中Ca和Mg含量逐渐增加。
The effect of electrical connection state on the corrosion behavior of Q235 carbon steel across full immersion zone and tidal zone in Qingdao sea environment were studied by measuring and analyzing corrosion rate,microstructure and rust layer composition.The results showed that under non-electric connection state,the corrosion rate of the sample in full immersion zone was lower than that of the sample in tidal zone,and the corrosion rate of the sample in tidal zone increased with the increase of exposure height.Under electrical connection state,the corrosion rate of the sample under the lowest tidal level line reached the peak value,while in tidal zone,the corrosion rate of the sample in middle tidal level area reached the lowest value.The areas with obvious differences in the corrosion morphology of the samples were mainly in the upper part of full immersion zone and whole tidal zone.There were obvious differences in the composition of the rust layer on the surface of the sample in tidal zone under two states.Under electrical connection state,there was the influence of rust layer.With the increase of exposure height,the content of Ca and Mg in the rust layer gradually increased.
