摘要
中医学人才临床实践能力的培养是医教协同教育模式的关键,可有效解决教学与临床脱节的问题。通过提出构建多维一体的临床实践教学体系:坚持以“能力提升”为导向,构建“医教协同”的临床实践教学师资队伍,建设同质化实践教学基地,开展“3+2”教学模式改革,搭建实践教学平台,完善中医临床实践教学质量保障体系,实施多元化的考核与评价,继而实现新时代医疗卫生事业中医学应用型人才培养水平的有效提升。
The cultivation of clinical practice ability of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)talents is the key to the coordination between medicine and education,which can effectively solve the problem of disconnection between teaching and clinical practice.Therefore,this paper proposes to construct a multi-dimensional and integrated clinical practice teaching system.The system adheres to the orientation of"ability enhancement",builds a"medicine-education coordination"clinical practice teaching faculty,constructs"homogenized"practice teaching bases,carries out the reform of"3+2"teaching mode,establishes a practice platform,improves the quality assurance system of Chinese medicine clinical practice teaching,and implements diversified assessment and evaluation.In this way,we can realize the effective improvement of the cultivation level of applied talents of Chinese medicine in the new era of medical and health care.
