留学生线上实习教学模式探索

摘要 新冠疫情期间,留学生传统线下实习教学受到影响,笔者根据留学生实习教学目标,同时结合线上实习的特点,从课前准备、课堂教学以及课后评价3个方面构建新型线上实习教学模式;并对参与该实习模式的学生通过问卷调查进行实习效果评价,学生总体满意度为4.17,问卷调查结果说明此模式达到了预期的教学效果。线上实习教学模式是一套较为完整、可操作性强的临床实习纲领,可作为线下实习教学的补充,为临床实习提供新思路。 During the COVID-19 pandemic,the traditional offline practice of international medical students was affected.According to the teaching objectives of international medical students and the characteristics of online practice,we constructed a new online practice teaching mode from three aspects,that is pre-class preparation,classroom teaching and after-class evaluation.We then evaluated the effectiveness of this practice mode through a questionnaire survey of international medical student participants.The overall satisfaction of international medical students was 4.17,which indicated this model has achieved the expected desired outcomes.The online practice teaching mode is a complete and operable clinical practice program,which can be used to supplement the offline practice teaching and provide new ideas for clinical practice.
