摘要
基于西部A省三所高校的高层次人才的调查发现,高校高层次人才的生存与发展的处境整体上有待改善,而不同的遭遇使得高校高层次人才的流动意愿表现为留下与离开并存的特点。高校要留住高层次人才,不仅需完善人才的科研绩效激励机制、合作性的竞争激励机制、精神激励机制,并通过建立健全人才的制度关怀机制和人文关怀机制,以提高他们对学校的认同感。
Based on a survey of three universities in a west province,it is found that the survival and development situation of the high-level talents in universities needs to be improved generally and the different experiences also make the flow willingness of the talents show the coexistence of leaving and staying.To retain highlevel talents,universities should improve the research performance incentive mechanism,cooperative competitive incentive mechanism and spiritual incentive mechanism,and establish and perfect the system caring mechanism and humanistic caring mechanism.
