摘要
县域城乡小学课后服务存在学生参与率高,家长关注学习成绩、弹性服务时间需求大,作业辅导类课程占比高,教师工作压力普遍增加、课时报酬相对满意等共性情况;但在设施设备满足度、服务时长需求、教师专业匹配度、课程设置类型、课后服务费用等方面存在显著差异。基于此,政府可加大财政投入,适度向重点人群倾斜,同时结合城乡实际,促进多元主体协同服务;学校需优化课程体系,兼顾学生个性发展,同时增强时间弹性,关照利益相关者需求,从而更好地推动县域城乡小学尤其是乡村小学课后服务的开展,缩小城乡间的教育差距。
After-school services in urban and rural elementary school in the county have common conditions such as high student participation rate,parents'concern for academic performance,high demand for flexible service time,high proportion of homework tutoring classes,and teachers'general increase in work pressure and relative satisfaction with class time compensation.At the same time,there are significant differences in the satisfaction of facilities and equipment,the demand for service hours,the professional matching of teachers,the type of curriculum,and the cost of after-school services.Based on this,the government can increase the financial investment,moderate to the key groups,while combining the actual urban and rural areas,and promoting the collaborative services of multiple subjects;schools need to optimize the curriculum system,taking into account the individual development of students,while enhancing the time flexibility,taking care of stakeholders'needs,so as to better promote the development of after-school services in urban and rural elementary schools in the county,especially in rural elementary schools,and narrow the education gap between urban and rural areas.
