摘要
住房和城乡建设部提出进一步降低新建居住建筑和公共建筑的平均设计能耗水平,为实现这个目标,通过Matlab软件全程围绕节能的特征开展“有设计目的、有量化指标、有验证方法”的研究工作。通过在规划布局、功能放置、节点设计、材料选型等各个环节的设计控制,最终满足国家对于建筑耗能及碳排放提出的新要求。因此,要深入分析建筑节能相关的技术原理及其环境数据,制定设计目标、理顺设计思路、把控设计参数,形成一套有数学逻辑与理论严谨的设计手法。
The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has proposed further reduction of the average energy consumption in newly constructed residential and public buildings.To achieve this goal,architects need to conduct research throughout the entire process,focusing on energy-saving features,with defined design objectives,quantifiable indicators,and validation methods.By implementing design controls in various aspects such as planning layout,functional placement,node design,and material selection,higher requirements set by the country for building energy consumption and carbon emissions can be met.Therefore,it is essential to analyze in-depth the technical principles related to building energy efficiency and environmental data,establish design goals,streamline design thinking,control design parameters,and develop a set of mathematically logical and theoretically rigorous design methodologies.
