摘要
文章旨在研究基础日粮中添加不同含量的曹州木瓜粉对荷斯坦奶牛生产性能及乳品质的影响。在某规模化奶牛场随机挑选40头生产性能和胎次相近的荷斯坦奶牛作为研究对象。随机分为4组,分别为对照组(日粮不含曹州木瓜粉)、试验1组(日粮含1%曹州木瓜粉)、试验2组(日粮含2%曹州木瓜粉)和试验3组(日粮含5%曹州木瓜粉)。在相同环境下预试验7 d,正常试验60 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,日粮中添加不同含量曹州木瓜粉,各试验组奶牛平均日采食量和日产奶量显著提高(P<0.05),各试验组牛乳中体细胞数显著性降低(P<0.05)。试验3组乳蛋白率显著提升(P<0.05),试验2、3组料奶比显著下降(P<0.05),乳脂率显著升高(P<0.05)。结果表明,不同含量的曹州木瓜粉均可提高泌乳期奶牛的采食量和产奶量,降低牛乳中体细胞数,但5%添加量在改善奶牛乳品质方面效果显著。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of different contents of Caozhou papaya powder in basic diet on performance and milk quality of Holstein dairy cows.Forty Holstein cows with similar performance and parity were randomly selected as research objects in a large-scale dairy farm.They were randomly divided into 4 groups:control group(diet containing no Caozhou papaya powder),test group 1(diet containing 1%Caozhou papaya powder),test group 2(diet containing 2%Caozhou papaya powder)and test group 3(diet containing 5%Caozhou papaya powder).In the same environment,pre-test for 7 days,normal test for 60 days.The results show that:Compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake and daily milk yield of cows in experimental groups were significantly increased when different contents of Caozhou papaya powder were added to the diet(P<0.05),and the somatic cell count in milk of cows in experimental groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The milk protein percentage of test group 3 was significantly increased(P<0.05),the feed to milk ratio of test group 2 and group 3 was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the milk fat percentage was significantly increased(P<0.05).The results showed that different contents of Caozhou Papaya powder could increase feed intake and milk yield of lactating cows,and decrease somatic cell count in milk,but 5%supplementation had a significant effect on improving milk quality of cows.
