摘要
介绍一种制备片状石墨-铝复合材料的新方法——网版印刷定向技术。选用片状石墨配合石墨-铝基体粉料,对应化学剂量比的溶剂/粘结剂制备成浆料,通过网版印刷工艺,在刮板剪切力的作用下进行片状石墨定向;浆料通过丝网沉积在柔性有机薄膜上,进行多次干燥、印刷的循环过程,形成厚膜(~200μm),经过裁剪、揭膜、压片得到素坯。在600℃等离子体烧结温度下,石墨-铝复合材料取得良好的定向程度。
Introduce a new method for preparing fl ake graphite aluminum composite materials-screen printing oriented technology.Selecting fl ake graphite in combination with graphite aluminum matrix powder,and preparing a slurry with a corresponding chemical dosage ratio of solvent/binder,the fl ake graphite is oriented under the action of scraper shear force through screen printing process;The slurry is deposited on a fl exible organic fi lm through a silk screen and undergoes multiple drying and printing cycles to form a thick fi lm(~200μm).After cutting,peeling,and pressing,the blank is obtained.At a plasma sintering temperature of 600℃,the graphite aluminum composite material achieved good orientation.
