摘要
随着钢铁企业之间的竞争不断加剧,要想在残酷的市场竞争中立于不败之地,既要传承优良的传统、宝贵的经验和特色的工作做法,又要借助外力,博采众长、兼容并蓄,将先进的文化和理念融入企业发展实际。在调查研究的基础上,通过介绍学习型组织和精益管理在钢铁企业的导入和发展情况,研究分析学习型组织与精益管理在企业内部的融合、发展和应用情况,生动诠释了“以学习型组织‘武装头脑’,用精益管理‘推动落地’,实现1+1大于2”的深刻变化,为新时代钢铁企业高质量发展提供了理论和实践依据。
With the continuous intensification of competition among steel enterprises,in order to remain invincible in the fierce market competition,it is necessary to not only inherit excellent traditions,valuable experience,and unique work practices,but also leverage external forces,draw on the strengths of others,and integrate advanced culture and concepts into the actual development of the enterprise.On the basis of investigation and research,this article introduces the introduction and development of learning organization and lean management in steel enterprises,analyzes the integration,development,and application of learning organization and lean management within the enterprise,and vividly interprets the profound changes of"using learning organization as a'military mind',using lean management as a'driving force'to achieve 1+1 greater than 2",This provides theoretical and practical basis for the high-quality development of steel enterprises in the new era.
