摘要
随着国家碳达峰碳中和政策的不断发布,冶金行业对环保控制的要求越来越高。烧结和球团生产会产生大量的废气,实现环保排放是钢铁行业需要解决的重要课题。以宣钢3号360 m2脱硫湿电除尘控制系统应用为背景,阐述了吸收塔液位调节、加热器温度闭环控制、冲洗水系统控制优化、系统快速报警和及时预警的优化应用等,为烧结机烟气脱硫排放符合国家标准提供了可靠保障。
With the continuous release of the national carbon peak carbon neutrality policy,the metallurgical industry has increasingly high requirements for environmental protection control.Sintering and pellet production generate a large amount of waste gas,and achieving environmental emissions is an important issue that needs to be addressed in the steel industry.This article takes the application of the 3#360 m2 desulfurization wet electrostatic dust removal control system at Xuangang as the background,and elaborates on the optimization of absorption tower liquid level regulation,heater temperature closed-loop control,flushing water system control optimization,system rapid alarm and timely warning,etc.,providing reliable guarantee for the sintering machine flue gas desulfurization emissions to meet national standards.
